What will be taught? This 1:1 course covers: Understanding the growth mindset and its benefits. How to reframe challenges and find learning opportunities. Strategies for staying motivated through setbacks. Setting and working toward personal and academic goals. Reflecting on progress to build self-confidence. Topics Covered: Growth vs. Fixed Mindset: Exploring the basics and benefits of a growth mindset. Learning from Challenges: Using setbacks as opportunities for growth. Staying Motivated: Techniques for maintaining motivation and resilience. Goal-Setting: Developing personalized goals and tracking progress. Reflection: Building confidence through self-reflection and recognizing achievements. Class Structure: Each session is customized to the learner’s needs and will focus on a specific growth mindset topic, such as embracing challenges, learning from mistakes, or goal-setting. Activities and exercises will be tailored to the student’s individual goals and interests. Teaching Style: This 1:1 class is interactive and personalized. We’ll work closely on growth mindset techniques through discussions, hands-on exercises, and real-life applications, providing individualized support and feedback.
