You can also message me to arrange a time that suits you.) ********************* A bespoke private lesson, tailored to your child's needs! Choose from help with drawing from observation using simple shapes, adding shading using cross-hatching, mixing and applying paint or request help with something else by messaging me after enrolment. The lesson will start with a friendly chat to establish the student's confidence level and what they would like to achieve. Then I will demonstrate a technique and guide them as they practise giving encouraging feedback. Students will learn that the creative process is ongoing and every time they practise, they are helping themselves improve. Next steps (related activities) will be suggested for further independent practise and/or another private lesson.

Students will begin to improve their art skills and gain more confidence in their abilities.

I am a practising artist and taught Art and Design and Photography in secondary schools and sixth forms for over 13 years, honing my approach until my teaching was consistently graded outstanding against the OFSTED framework. In addition to this I have run hundreds of art workshops for children both in the UK and Ireland.
I am proud to develop and run Future Creatives workshops (both online and in person) for the University of the Arts London (UAL) which comprises of 6 colleges, among them Central Saint Martins and Chelsea College of Arts.
