I will be using a version with all the DLC but it's fine if students only have the base game. The game involves starting a city from scratch (or you can use a city you have already built, if you have the game), placing roads, zoning...
Cities skyines is a fairly realistic simulation of building and running a city. Students will learn to manage budgets, good road layout, meeting citizens needs (education, lesuire, education etc), dealing with natrual disasters and much more.
