In this 11 week class, learners and I will work together to complete pages in the Brain Quest, Grade 2, workbook. These workbooks are created to review and reinforce concepts they are learning in school. I'll be able to pinpoint a learner's strengths and weaknesses, and provide extra help in those areas. I will also report back to parents these results.

I am a fun, laidback teacher who encourages participation and good conversations and discussions. I am very good with both introverted and extroverted students. I am not a strict teacher. I encourage self expression. With that said, I DO maintain class control and keep things flowing. I also make sure that all learners have equal time, and don't allow one student to dominate the class.

I have experience teaching ALL grade levels, and I hope to work together with your learner to make their second grade year a huge success.
