Brain Moves-Learn 4 Movement Exercises to Wake Up Your Brain & Help You Focus Learn easy moves to help you stay focused in school. Take this class to activate your brain! Do you have a hard time focusing at school? Or focusing when you are online? When you read something, do you find your mind wandering or drifting off to sleep? Maybe you are trying to write something, and your mind goes blank. Or you are taking a test and you can't remember something, but you know that you learned it? In this one-time class, I will teach you 4 moves that you will be able to do to help wake up your brain and complete your school tasks. The exercises will help you: -focus on reading -recall information -get over writer's block -listen in class -relax tension that leads to brain fog We will have a short lesson on how the brain works and how these moves will help, and then learn the 4 exercises. After I show you how to do the exercises, you can practice!
