This class is for learners to have FUN & get those wiggles out especially before your learner's next class!! :) Please have your learner have gym shoes on and adequate space to move around and be nearby for safety reasons. Songs/dances will be led by myself with music that is available within the public domain. These songs are essentially going to be popular children's music of the traditional songs, nursery action rhyme songs, and camp repeat after me songs! An example of a song may be : "Hokey Pokey" or "Tooty Ta", or common repeat after me songs such as "There was a Great Big Moose". I will enhance the experience with virtual backgrounds, music/sound effects, and costume accessories/props when fitting to make it even more fun!! We will always begin promptly as this is a short class, and meant to serve as a brain break between other academic classes. I will try to admit you if you are late, but please note that this may be delayed or not happen due to the nature of the class. Hope to see you there! Schedule: Hello/Greeting ( ~3-5 minutes) Sing and Dance to as many songs as we have time for! Hello! I'm Ms. Jennie, and I am SO excited to begin teaching on Outschool! I have 5 years of teaching experience in the public schools (Preschool-2nd) as a certified Early Childhood Educator/Special Ed. (with ESL and LBS 1 endorsements). I have experience in a variety of classroom settings including self-contained settings, small group and individual interventions, and Preschool For All to name a few.
One unique experience I have had was teaching in Houston, Texas for an internship in a Preschool Montessori classroom with students who were considered at risk.
