Welcome to a fun and engaging book club experience for homeschoolers! In this class, we’ll be reading The Last Last Day of Summer, exploring its themes of friendship, adventure, and the importance of living in the moment. The class will include group discussions, activities, and hands-on projects to help kids dive deep into the story while learning valuable lessons. Literary Analysis: Students will learn to identify key themes in the book, such as friendship, summer adventures, and making memories. Character Development: We’ll focus on the main characters and how they grow throughout the story. Creative Writing & Reflection: Learners will be encouraged to write or draw their own reflections and ideas based on the book’s themes. Critical Thinking: Students will analyze the characters' actions and decisions, learning how to express their thoughts and feelings through discussion. Summer-Themed Activities: Through fun activities, kids will connect the book to their own lives and imaginations.
