課堂經歷
During our 4 days together, we will have a Bluey party each day! We will use stories & songs to have a great time together. We will begin with simple introductions of each learner and move on to our story for the day. We will be reading The Pool, The Creek, The Beach, and The Grannies. Each day while reading, we will discuss the very simple lessons we can learn from the stories. Following our story, we will dance to associated songs from that episode and more. Some stories will include Bluey music and some will include some other kind of music as well! Our crafts are as follows: The Pool - create your own popsicle stick pool party-goer! The Creek - Bluey Directed Drawing + what do we see at the creek? The Beach - Recycled toilet paper roll and paper bag sand castle The Grannies - Recycled Toilet Paper Rita and Janet dolls **Craft supplies sent prior to camp starts**

With any sort of exercise and dancing, learners should take caution. Please inform me of any health concerns prior to our first class. It is important to wear comfortable clothes, dance in a space with plenty of room, and bring a water bottle.

I teach Movement classes in studio and online as well! I have been teaching dance for 15+ years to all ages (18months - adult) as well as Fitness classes to kids and adults. Dance has been a major part of my life for 32 years and I love bringing that passion to others. I've worked with young and old, special needs, low-impact or injured, wheel-chair bound, and all others!
I believe that Dance/Movement is a rare "sport" that is all-inclusive; gross and fine motor skills, spatial awareness, emotionally stimulating, builds self-confidence, improves discipline & listening skills, and much more.
My family consists of my super supportive husband, my oldest daughter (8) youngest daughter (6), and then the littlest one is 3years old, but he was born 3-1/2 months early. We spent a significant amount of time in the NICU in the city we live in and are forever grateful for modern medicine! Our life has been a rollercoaster and, as crazy as this sounds, I wouldn't have it any other way... mostly. haha!
Being a mama myself, I try to be flexible with my schedule and appreciate the understanding from parents as I navigate our medically complex son's needs as well as two active girls!
I offer discounts to siblings, love to work with groups that want to dance together online, and I am always willing to work with you on group discounts, multi-class discounts, and one-on-one private lessons!
