Bitty Ballet：學齡前兒童舞蹈入門

This class is designed for active young children who love to dance and move but have never taken a traditional dance class before. We will start class by stretching our muscles with a fun and exciting warmup. Throughout the class students will follow teacher led movement games and interactive songs and also explore different ways to move their bodies (like animals, at different tempos and levels, to make different shapes). 
This class will get students moving both independently and alongside/to mirror the teacher’s movements.

This class will teach foundations of dance and basic ballet technique while reinforcing spatial and body awareness, following directions, and creative self expression! 

**Please make sure that your learner is dressed to move (no jeans please), has water available, and has enough space to move around without hitting anything. Please make sure to let me know of any injuries or physical limitations prior to the start of class. DANCE AT YOUR OWN RISK**
