In this 5-day camp, learners will build and rebuild the skills needed for success with general biology.  Whether the learner has completed biology already and needs some review or is is enrolled in biology next fall, this camp is designed to build skills, confidence, and mastery.  I help each learner gain some tips, tricks, and easy to remember methods!  

The class will be full of discussion and dynamic teaching.  Learners are encouraged to bring questions and points of confusion.  We will work as a class to bring understanding to each concept.  Two hands-on activities/labs are planned.  

Here is a brief schedule of each day.
Day 1:  Cells
Day 2: Viruses & Bacteria (Hands On Activity)
Day 3: Chemistry of Life (Hands on Activity)
Day 4:  Plants
Day 5:  Animals and Human Function & Structure.

Learners have the option to use the material list if they wish to complete the experiments with me.  Learners will be able to interact and collaborate ideas with classmates during the class.  Each will be encouraged to fully participate in each day's experiment.
