**Please note - THIS IS NOT A BEGINNER CLASS. A certain level of competence will be assumed in this class. Learners should be proficient at reading notes and rhythm, and have a basic understanding of what key signatures and chords are. Learners will have a deeper understanding and appreciate for how music is made up. They will also be able to apply this understanding to creating or modifying music as they develop.
I have been a music teacher for over 20 years, both as a private and group teacher. I have taught multiple ages how to read music, and use the skill to further their music learning journey.
