In this ongoing beginning reading class, we will see and hear a short story from which students will identify words that look similar but sound different, i.e. hat/hate, hug/huge, hop/hope, etc. Through Google Slide games and activities, we will review CVC words, learn about the bossy e, differentiate between CVC and CVCe words, and identify the correct spelling for these words.
