Students can choose to complete these problems and check their answers with the solution video that will be posted along with the next lesson. This course will review algebra and geometry topics needed for success in Precalculus. The algebra concepts covered include graphs, transformations, compositions, and inverses of functions. The geometry skills covered include special right triangles, basic trigonometry, and vectors. In addition to reviewing these topics, the student will be introduced to how these topics will be applied to new concepts in a Precalculus class. The content of the class is broken down into 6 lessons. Each lesson will include a video of the lesson and solved example problems. A set of practice exercises will also be posted to allow students to apply the lesson's skills on their own. The complete solutions to all of the previous practice problems will be posted along with the next lesson and and after the final lesson.

The student should be comfortable graphing polynomial and rational functions and solving right triangles using the trigonometric functions. These skills are typically taught in Algebra 2 and Geometry classes.
