This learner-directed club is geared towards communication, strategizing, working together and building friendships in the classic multiplayer game, Fortnite. In this competitive game on Playstation 4, Playstation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC, learners will get the opportunity to work together to survive in an immersive world full of action. - Students will improve on their listening skills, leadership and team bonding skills, as well as strategizing under high pressure situations.
The learner will need to be able to have full access to Fortnite and good internet access. The learner will need a Playstation 4 or 5, Xbox One or Series X/S, or PC to play this game.
The game Fortnite is rated T for Teen, and has guns and violence. Gamer tags will be required for this game. Students/parents can privately message gamer tags. Please remind your learner never to share this info in the classroom for privacy and safety reasons.
