Can't hold it back anymore! I just want to dance! ! Join us at Virtual Performing Arts Academy and learn some choreography to Frozen's "Let it go" We will start with an introduction, a quick warm-up, and learn some ballet moves. As with all dance and fitness classes, there is a potential for injury. Help to minimize this by clearing the area of furniture and other objects. Students should wear clothes that they can move in and should wear closed-toe shoes or dance barefoot.
