Join this one-time class where we’ll make triple chocolate chocolate cookies—YUM! These are my absolute favorite cookies to bake, and if you love chocolate, you’ll love these too! We’ll begin with brief introductions, talk about our favorite recipes, and go over the supplies we’ll be using to make these irresistible treats. For this class, students will need a mixer or a bowl and spoon for mixing, as well as access to an oven. You’ll also need at least one baking sheet, parchment paper (cooking spray works, but parchment is preferred), shortening, brown sugar, milk, vanilla, eggs, flour, cocoa powder, salt, baking soda, dark chocolate chips, milk chocolate chips, and white chocolate. The full recipe will be provided about 4 hours before class begins.

I have my bachelors degree in special education plus additional course work for art and TESOL (teaching English as a second language). I have been working with children for more than 20 years including as a certified teacher and a homeschool mom. I have worked with a wide variety of age groups and and taught a variety of subjects including severe-profound special education preschool, honors high school and everything in between. But my specialties are drawing, brick building classes, elementary literacy, special education and baking. I even own small bakery!
My husband and I have three children. We enjoy camping, hiking, going to the park and playing board games as a family. My personal hobbies include baking, reading, painting, drawing and crocheting.
