Join this one-time class where we’ll make mocha cookies! These are my most popular item available for my bakery, and if you love coffee and chocolate, you’ll love these too!

We’ll begin with brief introductions, talk about our favorite recipes, and go over the supplies we’ll be using to make these irresistible treats.

For this class, students will need a mixer or a bowl and spoon for mixing, as well as access to an oven. You’ll also need at least one baking sheet, parchment paper (cooking spray works, but parchment is preferred), egg, instant coffee crystals, granulated sugar, butter, vanilla, all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and powdered sugar for decoration.
