In this one time class, students will learn how to make one batch of these vegan, gluten free, and nut free pumpkin spice doughnuts.
Items:
- non-stick doughnut pan (if you bring a doughnut pan that is not non-stick, bring coconut oil)
- large mixing bowl
- spatula
- measuring spoon set
- measuring cup
- zip lock bag
- lemon squeezer
- small jug or bowl

Ingredients:
- gluten free oat flour
- aluminum-free baking flour
- baking soda
- sea salt
- pumpkin spice mix (cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, allspice, cloves)
- maple syrup
- lemon juice
- water (or nut milk of choice)


Parental guidance is recommended as we will be in the kitchen with hot appliances and other hazards. We want our little bakers to be as safe as possible.
