In this interactive class, students will discover the joy and responsibility of raising backyard chickens. Whether you're a future farmer or just love animals, this class will give you the knowledge and confidence to care for your own flock!

🌱 Chick Care – How to keep baby chicks warm, safe, and healthy
🥕 Food, Water & Treats – What chickens eat (and what they shouldn't!), how to keep them hydrated, and which treats are best
🐔 Adult Chicken Care – Cleaning the coop, keeping chickens happy, and recognizing signs of illness
🥚 Egg Collection – When to expect eggs and how to collect them safely
🏡 Space & Shelter – How much room chickens need and what makes a safe, comfy coop

I will also have a special guest come and visit our class! You'll meet either a chick or a hen and can ask questions about them!
