課堂經歷

Learners will become more confident when stretching.
Learners will become more bodily aware.
Learners will improve their back flexibility.
Leaners will learn steps to fall back into a bridge and kick-over from a bridge, progressing to a back walkover over time.
Level 2 trained Artistic Gymnastics Coach.
This class is appropriate for young learners. A soft surface is recommended as we will be using the floor at times, as well as an open space to reduce risk of injury. If a student is tired they are always welcome to take a break. I will be watching and correcting mistakes as well as demonstrating safe execution of exercises before attempting. Proper footwear should be worn or bare-feet to reduce any slipping. Students are encourage to have a water bottle nearby. We will warm up our muscles at the beginning of class with some movements. Injuries can occur if not properly supervised.
