In this first Autumn session, we will: *Introduce the first six letters of the alphabet and their sounds *Reinforce early math skills like counting, patterns, addition and subtraction stories *Explore nature and the world around us *Enjoy nursery rhymes and picture books together *Memorize part of a poem In this self-paced class, students will participate by: *Answering questions *Repeating phrases *Counting along with the teacher *Following directions We will have fun learning by incorporating: *Poems and Finger Plays *Nursery Rhymes and Action Songs *Classic and Contemporary Picture Books *Plants and Animals *Counting and Math Stories

Students will learn about the letters of the alphabet.Students will increase their vocabulary and improve their expressive language through stories, poems, and songs.
