This 11-minute class is not just learning random American Sign Language vocabulary. You'll see how ASL can be used to engage in conversation and share about the amazing accomplishments of one of America's most famous pioneer woman. As a result, you are blending history with ASL. Students need no prior experience or knowledge. Experience ASL through detailed explanations of hand signs and repetition. It is my joy to share ASL as a second language and to help bridge the gap between hearing and Deaf communities. Come sign with me!

I have taught Little Signers ASL to preschool and elementary students over the past 10 years. I have a Masters in Education with a certification in K-6th, biology, and earth science. I have a Bachelors of Science in Biology with an Environmental Studies minor. I am a former public school teacher of 5 yrs and homeschool teacher of 10 yrs. I completed ASL I, II, III, & V in college and interpret for a Deaf family in church. I am also a 200 hr certified Yoga Teacher with additional certifications in Kids Yoga, Mommy Me Yoga, and Prenatal Yoga. In addition to teaching on Outschool, I teach a weekly live online Little Signers class.
