In this class, learners will review the five W question words; who, what, why, where and when. I will give the starting scenario for a short story and ask the learners to use the five W question words to develop their main character and develop the story line. Learners will write an opening paragraph for their story. I will then use the question list devised by Proust to encourage learners to develop the personality of their protagonist more.
