ABOUT: ✨This *camp/workshop* aims to inspire and support learners in expanding their understanding of Art, Mindfulness & Yoga practices while building self confidence and making connections with other learners who enjoy these activities. Students will gain a deeper understanding of Yoga asana (poses), breathing, meditation, process art techniques and mindfulness-based stress reduction skills.
I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (200hr) and certified Children's Yoga Instructor (2015). I have 22 years experience as a Yoga practitioner and 5 years experience as a Yoga Instructor. I completed my MA ('22) in Innovative Early Childhood Education, focusing on the Reggio Emilia Approach, and I have a BFA ('04) in Studio / Visual Arts with 12 years experience as a Teaching Artist specializing in arts integration.
