In this class, your child will delve into a variety of exciting topics, including gardening, composting, and healthy eating. The lesson is carefully structured to engage young learners through drawing activities, interactive slide shows, and insightful discussions about the subject matter of gardening and topics surrounding plants. Our teaching approach is hands-on and inclusive. Your child will follow along step by step with the teacher, with plenty of opportunities to answer questions and share their drawings. We believe in a dynamic teaching style that involves presenting the topic, demonstrating concepts, and then empowering students to explore through guided questioning. Additionally, learners will have the chance to practice writing and copying vocabulary words, enhancing their literacy skills alongside their artistic endeavors. Plus, there will be suggested drawings for them to continue their creative journey even after class ends. Join us for an enriching experience where imagination meets education!

I’m a professional artist, muralist, and painter with a passion for teaching kids how to draw. With a background in University course, Montessori education ,and academic art training, I love helping young artists explore their personal interests and creativity through various mediums like color pencils, watercolors, gouache, pen, oil pastels, and markers.
One fun fact about my art background: I’ve always enjoyed drawing anime and painting moody studio scenes, and I even dabble in animation from time to time because I adore the charm of 2D work—it’s my way of relaxing and staying inspired.
In my classes, we focus on the elements of art and principles of design, but most importantly, I encourage students to create work that makes them happy and reflects who they are. It’s been a privilege to help many students perfect their skills, learn new techniques, and discover inspiration from other artists.
