藝術日記：藝術日記簡介

Do you have a young creative person in your family looking for a new way to create that has no mistakes, they can't do it wrong, and in a judgement-free way environment?. 
This introductory class walks journalers through the four steps of art journaling: writing, painting, collage, and lettering. First, I will give journalers a prompt and when they are done with the writing they are free to share or not. Then...we paint over what we wrote keeping all our secrets safe. While the paint dries, we will look for an image that represents what we wrote about, and finish it off with some lettering. 
I guide journalers along each step of the process-from the writing prompt and painting technique, to suggestions with composition and tips on lettering. 
Of course all my suggestions are just that, suggestions. Journalers are free to follow their own paths, there is no right or wrong, and no mistakes. I love it when learners have the confidence to follow their own muse and go their own way.
This is a jump in, hands on, get to it class, where we will all be creating our own unique journal page...No experience needed! 
Note: If your young person doesn't like to write, that's no problem, I have no pressure solutions for that-see note below.
