❄️ Learn to draw and paint a polar bear in a colourful arctic landscape. No experience necessary! We will use pencil, oil pastel or crayon, and watercolour to create these paintings. We will also learn fun facts about polar bears and the artist Ted Harrison who painted amazing arctic landscapes! The class will consist of three main parts: sketching in pencil, colouring with oil pastel or crayon, and finally painting with watercolour! Ms. Emily will guide students step-by-step throughout...
Supply List: a pencil, eraser, oil pastels or crayons, a fine-line permanent marker or black coloured pencil, watercolour paint, watercolour paper (approximately 9” x 12”), a medium-sized paintbrush, a water jar, and tissues/paper towel.
