Welcome to Architecture and Design level 1! In this first course our goal to get you to think like an architectural designer. We aim to see the 3 dimensional world in a 2d space. You will be challenged with manipulating 3d objects on a 2d plane. To do so, we will be drafting 3d cubes, arranging them relative to one another along x, y and z coordinates before performing boolean addition and subtraction operations on each. Our CAD software, Rhino3d requires a computer running Windows or MacOS. Chromebooks , iPads and tablets unfortunately will not. Please plan accordingly.
