Calling all animal lovers and protectors! In this ongoing class students will learn all about different animals through interactive materials that are guided by the instructor. Students will be delve into video, handouts, creative options and multimedia presentations to explore a different animal each week. Each class, students will have comprehensive knowledge about a particular animal and will be able to express the need and ability to help conserve these amazing creatures. With the knowledge gained, students will place their animal into an appropriate environment as we create an ongoing virtual animal sanctuary. Our animal sanctuary will be done with drawing material - paper, pens, pencil crayons and each week we will expand our drawing. Learners will need to remember what habitat best suits the animal, what safety measures we need in place, what the animal eats and what we can do to enrich the lives of the animal. For students just joining an ongoing class, they can start their animal sanctuary with the current animal we will be learning about. In addition, we will draw each animal and learners will be encouraged to share their art work! Below is a list of the animals we will learn about: Badgers Minks Rats Backyard Birds Tropical Birds Beavers Small Wild Cats Raccoons Skunks Bees Butterflies Rats Ant Eaters Chipmunks Squirrels Fresh Water Turtles Tortoises Tasmanian Devils Extinct Animal Compilation Wolves Arctic Foxes Axolotls Bears Black Panthers Rabbits Cabybaras House Cats Cheetahs Chimpanzees Crocodiles Alligators Dogs Dolphins Elephants Foxes Giraffes Hedgehogs Hippos Horses Hyenas Kangaroos Koalas Lemurs Leopards Lions Lizards Lynxes Monkeys Orangutans Otters Owls Giant Pandas Penguins Polar Bears Potoos Raptor Birds Ravens Red Pandas Sea Turtles Sharks Sloths Snakes Snow Leopards Tigers Compilation of Weird Animals and many more!
