This is part 1 of a 2 part course, each part consisting of 15 weeks. No prior IEW experience is required. This edition of Ancient History-Based Writing Lessons offers writing topics that explore the civilizations of Sumer, Egypt, Israel, Babylon, Greece, Rome, Asia Minor, and Asia—the people’s ideas, traditions, systems of government, feats, and wonderful skills. IEW’s structural units 1–9 are taught in order; elements of style are introduced gradually. A set of creatively illustrated...
Moving through Units 1–9 of the IEW methods, students will take notes, summarize narrative stories, write from pictures, put together a mini research report, and compose creative essays.
We have been using IEW in our homeschool for 8+ years and I am a true believer in the method. As a registered instructor, I would like to help other children learn the joy and ease of writing using IEW.

Homework will be assigned each week and should be uploaded to the classroom before class. Each writing assignment includes a composition checklist, so what is expected is easily outlined.1 - 2 每週課外時間
