課堂經歷
Students will be introduced to the scientific method. This includes how to come up with a research question, how to form a theory, what qualitative vs. quantitative variables are, what independent vs. dependent variables are, and much more! Students will have a chance both throughout the course and at the end of the course to practice what they have learned. The course will be structured as follows: Class One: 1. What is Science? What is Research? 2. How is Science/Research Done? 3....
Students will improve their understanding of the scientific method and how to conduct research.
I hold a Bachelor of Arts Honours Specialization in Kinesiology, I am currently a Secondary Mathematics and Science Teacher. I am a passionate, young teacher who is eager to help students succeed! I am very excited to see what projects you can create after attending this course!
All curriculum materials will be provided by the teacher. Students do not need to purchase any materials for this course. It is recommended that students take notes, requiring a writing utensil and a few pages of paper.
