Classes will be structured with a starting recap activity as learners join the class. We will build up our vocabulary bank with a seasonal approach to learning, using the time of year to work through appropriate topics. Learners will be able to use their French immediately and effectively which will deepen their love of learning and foster their enthusiasm to progress further. Tasks will include reading excerpts of French, conversational practice with each other and myself, listening activities, written assignments and games and quizzes to aid  recap and retention.

I believe in encouraging plenty of focus on pronunciation practice so learners can enjoy using their verbal French skills as soon as possible and grow in confidence. I enjoy incorporating a varied approach which enables learners to focus on reading, listening and written skills, while enjoying games, puzzles, role-play activities and homework assignments outside of class ranging from worksheets, research, a written task or compiling a presentation.

Mon 23rd Dec - Christmas Plans & Events, basic future tense
Mon 30th Dec - New Year, New Year's Resolutions, basic future tense
Mon 6th Jan - The weather, hobbies and activities
Mon 13th Jan - Last year ... but this year ... - Reflections using basic past tense and basic future tense
