Dive into the fascinating world of octopuses with this self-paced unit study designed to make learning an adventure! This class features five engaging pre-recorded lessons packed with captivating videos, vivid pictures, and interactive games that bring these amazing sea creatures to life. Plus, with hands-on homework activities and optional journaling pages, your child can explore and reflect on their learning journey. This class will consist of five short and easy lessons. They are filled with engaging pictures and videos, with the material being taught by me in video format. Each lesson will also conclude with an interactive game. Everything is contained within slide shows in Canva, which students can access with a view-only link. No sign-in or account creation is required and no other websites are needed.

Also included in this class are homework suggestions to fully engage and immerse learners. They will receive a PDF download with each lesson that includes a hands-on activity and/or printable. A set of journaling pages about our topic will also be provided. These are meant to aid students in creating their own personalized learning notebook, thereby enriching their understanding of the subject.

This unit study is designed to be completed over the course of two weeks, but students will have all the materials available and can move through it at their own pace. I will also be available to answer questions and give guidance as needed.
