課堂經歷
Class will begin with a warm-up and stretch (separate video provided). Learners will then be taught choreography to the song "Alien Invasion" from Disney's ZOMBIES 3! Learners will be given instruction on how to put basic dance movements together to form a short dance routine. They will have the opportunity to be creative with how they move and ask questions via the classroom! As the dance is taught, learners will also be given pointers on how to stay on the beat and have good musicality. ONE video will be posted the first day of the week PLUS a short warm-up video. Learners will have the week to ask questions if they like but the video will be available after the class has ended! Keep dancing! This is a self-paced class so learners can learn the whole dance in one day or break it up. Class includes: One quick warm-up video One Dance Routine Video Total Class time: 30 minutes (Plus practice time) *Choreography learned will be created by the instructor. *Dance experience is helpful but NOT required for this class. *This class has a flexible age range. Moves are basic but may be fast and require a bit of practice. *This class is pre-recorded videos. ONE video will be posted at the beginning of the week but can be watched multiple times over 30 days. A short warm-up video will also be included. *Learners can message the teacher and ask questions to interact and receive feedback. *Pre-recorded Classes are great for busy schedules as you can do them at a time that is best for your schedule. You can also pause and go back if you need a step repeated or more time to practice each part of the dance. *Classes will be uploaded from YouTube however they will be embedded in the classroom so learners never need to go to the YouTube site.

Please provide a safe space for your child to learn. Do not have class on a slippery floor or where things can be bumped or broken.
*Wear comfortable clothes!
*You may want a water bottle nearby for a quick water break.
*Choreography learned will be created originally by the instructor.
*Dance experience is helpful but NOT required for this class.

I was a background dancer in Disney's High School Musical 2. I have worked with all ages teaching ballet, jazz, tap and modern dance and have done the choreography for many musical productions and groups.
