Meet legendary heroes such as Hercules, Perseus, and Theseus, and learn about their epic quests. Encounter mythical creatures like Medusa, the Minotaur, and the Hydra, and understand their roles in Greek mythology. Understand the moral lessons and cultural significance of these ancient myths and how they still resonate today. Join us for a mythological adventure and let your imagination soar! In our "Adventures in Greek Mythology" class, we will explore the world of ancient Greek myths, which includes stories about gods, goddesses, heroes, and mythical creatures. While these myths originate from the religious beliefs and practices of ancient Greece, it is important to note that our approach to these stories will be entirely secular and educational.
We will sometimes use external resources such as Kahoot!, Blooket, and Gimkit. These resources do not require an account and a link will be provided during class.
