In this four week course, we will continue to learn about American Sign Language. It is highly recommended that you complete the four parts of Beginners with Mrs. Emily and the four parts of Intermediate with Mrs. Emily, before taking ANY advanced classes. We will practice finger spelling and receptive practice in these advanced courses and we will also learn about ASL grammar. 
Our schedule is as follows: 
Week 1: Grammar and Receptive Practice 
Week 2: Finger Spelling and Receptive Practice  
Week 3: Review Grammar and signs from previous courses (MUST TAKE PREVIOUS COURSES)
Week 4: Grammar, finger spelling, and Receptive Practice 

Each week we will review what we did the previous weeks and we will practice more of the skills we have been learning.  By the end of this course, each student will be able to finger spell, recognize signs and sentences, and be able to procure an ASL sentence that is grammatically correct. We will also practice intermediate material (you must take these courses before Advanced).
