課堂經歷

𝑯𝒆𝒍𝒍𝒐 𝑾𝒂𝒓𝒓𝒊𝒐𝒓𝒔!

Have you considered the benefits of learning about having ADHD? Having ADHD doesn't mean that we can't be successful in school or life! Having ADHD just means that our brains work differently. Students will work with Mrs. Ali to identify their own strengths and struggles with ADHD. They will learn the science behind what ADHD does to our brain and what that means for everyday life. Once we identify our strengths and struggles, we will work through strategies needed to become the best that we can be! We will beat the stigmas and sometimes shame that comes with having ADHD.

In this class parents are equipped as well. I provide lists of ideas to help your child throughout the class and strategies they may try. I encourage you to listen to the class or watch the video as it can help you understand what we are working on in class. I also encourage parents to reach out with any specific ADHD issues related to your student.

- Mrs. Ali
