In this Absolute Beginners Breakdance course learners will learn the fundamentals of breaking. The fundamentals of breaking are: Top rocks, Go downs, Footwork, Freezes. Each class will begin with a warm up which will go for about 5 minutes. Then we'll proceed to learning the fundamental movement of the week. Each lesson will conclude with a cool down. These lessons will be self paced which allows learners to pause, practice and even rewind for better understanding. As the teacher of this course I will be breaking down each movement into steps to make it achievable for each learner. Although it is self paced, this course is interactive. Learners will be getting feedback directly from me as they send through their videos.

You will know the structure of a breakdance sequence (Top rock, Go downs, Footwork and Freeze). You will have an arsenal of moves that can be used in this sequence. You will then use all the movements you have learnt to be creative!

Anatomy of a Breakdance Sequence
- This lesson will introduce learners to breakdancing.
- Students will learn 4 beginner dance moves and learn to put it together in a sequence. 1 作業

Top Rock tool kit
- This lesson will introduce new top rock moves that learners can use and build upon what they learnt in lesson 1.
- Students will learn also learn to mix the moves up together and encourage their own creativity. 1 作業
課 3:
Go downs to get down
- This lesson will introduce new go down moves that students can use and build upon what they have learnt.
- Students will learn different go down moves to be able to get down to the floor which is a precursor to doing footwork. 1 作業
課 4:
Footwork Arsenal
- This lesson will introduce new footwork moves and build upon the last 3 previous lessons.
- Students will learn different footwork moves and add it to their already comprehensive arsenal after 3 weeks. 1 作業
