Beginner - Advanced 等級
This is a one-on-one learning environment. This is for 1 day per week, 45 minutes. The class will: -be taught in a way that builds upon and refines the skills of the student. -be taught according to their level of experience. -work on one or more skills like common ukulele chords, proper hand positions, various strumming techniques, capos, and even some fingerpicking. I will keep a record of their progress in order to ensure they get the most out of each class. Learners can bring me a song they want to learn how to play and I will teach them how to play it. In this case, it would be helpful to send me the song at least 24 hours before class starts so I can be prepared for the lesson. My highest goal is that playing ukulele would be a fun experience for everyone!

I do not have a certification in ADD or Dyslexia assistance, but my oldest daughter has both and I've learned a lot through the years (mostly patience, encouragement, and creativity in relaying information and keeping students engaged).

There are no prerequisites for this class. Students of all ages, skill levels, and passion for music creation are welcome.

I have been a musician for over 25 years, with the main instruments I play being acoustic guitar, classical guitar, ukulele, and bass guitar.
I grow out the nails on my thumb and first three fingers on my right hand so that I can play traditional classical guitar and fingerpicking on acoustic guitar.
My experience:
-Opened for Josh Kaufman, Season 6 winner of The Voice
-played bass guitar on my sister's album when she was with a record label
-played all three instruments in many different bands and performances
-taught many students, including my own children
-repair and maintain all of my own instruments
-perform at nursing homes and assisted living facilities with my family
