Hello Outschoolers, 

I look forward to meeting you in my class!

This is a private Chinese lesson aiming to help students achieve the greatest amount of success in the least amount of time with your language learning. 

★Customized Learning Plan:

The first meeting is designed to get to know the learner’s language level, whether you are a beginner level student who wants to learn Chinese from scratch or an advanced learner who wants to bring your Chinese to the next level, or somewhere in between. Ms.Han will then develop a language learning plan that is just right for you! Learners are also welcome to share what you would like to focus on: speaking, listening, reading, writing, Pinyin, Chinese culture studies, and more!

★Flexible Schedule: 

To accommodate the learner's schedule, Ms.Han will work with the learner to figure out a schedule that works best for the learner. One 30 minute session per week is a good start, there is also flexibility for a twice a week or three times a week schedule.

★Extra Notes: 

The class will be taught in standard Chinese (not Cantonese) and simplified Chinese for reading and writing. 

★Class Rescheduling Policy: By adhering to this rescheduling policy, I aim to maintain a fair and efficient scheduling process for all parties involved while ensuring the smooth delivery of classes.

Notification Period: Any requests for rescheduling a class must be made with a minimum notice period of 24 hours prior to the scheduled class time. Rescheduling will not be granted once meeting starts according to the schedule. 

Availability: Rescheduling is subject to the availability of the instructor.

Limited Rescheduling: Each student is entitled to reschedule a class a maximum of ONE time per month, subject to availability.If students miss the rescheduled class, there will be no further rescheduling allowed for that particular makeup session.

Partial Rescheduling: In case of unavoidable circumstances, a partial rescheduling option may be offered, where a portion of the class time is adjusted to accommodate both parties. If you are unable to come to class due to an emergency, please contact Outschool directly by clicking "Help" anywhere on the Outschool website to start a chat conversation or by email at support@outschool.com to request for a refund of the class.
