In this one-time interactive class, students will hear a few passages read to them from the very first book of the series, “Dinosaurs Before Dark”, while they practice listening skills and for those who could read, Ms. Stephenie will allow them to take-turns reading aloud short paragraphs. It’s highly recommended that students have access to a physical copy of this book or can access it before and after class...

Students will work on listening and power reading skills. They will review characterization, summarizing, sequencing, vocabulary, story elements, reading comprehension skills and more. Students will also develop a love for reading as they enjoy these awesome books!
