These coaching sessions are 100% about you. My teaching style is relaxed, nurturing, and engaging. My job as an instructor is to equip you with the tools you need to achieve any and all acting related goals, but also to empower you to be bolder and more confident off the stage. 

I provide individualized live acting coaching in the following subject areas:

- Theatre 101
- Monologue Work
- Scene Work
- Acting Through Song
- Shakespeare
- Audition Prep
- Physical Theatre
- Text Analysis
- Devised Theatre

Each coaching session will begin with a check-in and a warmup focussing on whatever you feel you need in the moment to be able to act. That can include vocal warmups, high energy physical warmups, a soothing stretch, or some deep breathing. We'll then move along to the bulk of the lesson which is either;

a) working on material that you bring into the session
or
b) searching together for fresh material that resonates with you
or
c) discussing any questions you may have about acting, theatre, or the entertainment industry

We will close every session with a chat about what we worked on that day, celebrate the work that we did, and set goals for our next session together.
