課堂經歷
You're invited to learn why intentional breathing is a beneficial skill. Everyone is welcome and no experience is necessary! This private 1:1 breathwork and meditation lesson is a safe space to come as you are and learn about your breath! I will teach you how to focus on your breath and why it's a beneficial skill. Breathwork & meditation are useful day-to-day stress management techniques. We will begin class by greeting each other to create a welcoming safe space for our session. After our greeting, I will teach the breath patterns, why we use them and what we can expect while practicing intentional breathing. You will then be guided through a meditation and breathing practice. Music will play while we are breathing to improve focus and relaxation. This class will also offer an opportunity for questions about breathwork and meditation to improve comprehension and overall experiences. Note: Learners can be seated or lying down for the guided breathwork meditation portion of the class. Please have a comfortable place to sit or lay down as well as water nearby. This class can be customized for each individual learner. If the teacher does not receive a message from parents or students, she will teach how to use breathwork to clear and calm the mind. Hi! I'm Jillian Marchand, a certified Breathwork Facilitator with Pause Breathwork, and I am passionate about teaching others self-regulating techniques. I have been working with tweens and teens as a Dance Instructor for 16 years and a Breathwork Facilitator for 2 years. Breathwork is a tool I wish that I had as a kid and it is my honor to bring this opportunity to your child!
