This is a private tutoring class designed to meet your child's specific needs. Through targeted and individualized instruction, my goal is to help your child with whatever difficulties they may be facing and give them strategies to work with in the future. I hope to make all students feel more confident and successful. 

Some example topics that may be worked on in this course include, but are not limited to:
-Reading comprehension strategies such as: finding main idea, character analysis, understanding theme, determining setting, and more
-Reading stamina 
-Writing complete sentences
-Writing paragraphs
-Letter writing
-Essay writing

My style of teaching is relaxed, supportive, and positive. I love to see learners reaching their full potential and growing in confidence. 

This tutoring course would be great for a student who is trying to catch up, keep up, or move ahead in reading or writing.
