These sessions will be tailored to the student's exact needs in advance of the session.  I have other listings with different time lengths, if you prefer. It is also 100% fine to request that I split the time between two subjects if needed: i.e. math and language arts.  Upon booking a session, Ms. Anu will contact the parents/guardians to get a list of the exact topics & learning style preferences.  Examples of topics that would be covered are: solving multistep equations, graphing inequalities, negative integers, rates, laws of exponents or scale factor.  Students will be instructed with both visual and logical strategies as well as be encouraged to think through concepts to gain full mastery.  Students will be guided to develop sound step-by-step processes for each type of problem. Simply send over 1-3 topics for me to prepare for each booking with or without attachments. I tutor all subjects PreK-8th. Miss Anu will guide the student through warm-ups, instruction and practice for each requested topic, using multiple formats (interactive tools, visual models, problem sets, real world applications, videos, songs, math games).  If the exact curriculum the student is using is available online, Miss Anu will pull directly from that source. If not, she prepares matching content.  Parents often send photos of workbooks or textbooks in advance.  After each session, Miss Anu will send a detailed summary regarding what content was covered.
