In each private tutoring session, I will help your child think critically and creatively about Algebra. Learners should bring homework, projects, or areas of challenge to each session. Pre-Algebra and Algebra 1 topics include (but are not limited to):

- Whole Numbers, Fractions and Mixed Numbers, Integers, Decimals, Ratios, Rates, Proportions, Percents, Real Numbers and Number Systems, Solving Equations and Inequalities, and Evaluating and Graphing Linear Equations and Inequalities, Order of Operations, Algebraic Expressions, Factoring, Prime Factorization

- Exponents, Radicals, Polynomials, Systems of Equations and Inequalities, Introduction to Functions, Sequences and Exponential Functions,  Evaluating and Graphing Quadratic Equations

In order to focus each session on your learner’s needs, please contact me prior to our session so I have the most useful materials. This is not required, but will help target the exact areas of challenge for your learner to achieve maximum benefit.
