If your learner would like to get creative with poetry while learning all about different poem types as well as various kinds of figurative language, this camp is for them! Learners will finish the workshop feeing more confident in their poetry knowledge and will have gained lots of practice creating their own poems!
I have worked abroad helping teenagers to brainstorm and improve their writing. I currently enjoy blogging, writing stories, and helping elementary school students enjoy writing more. This past year I was asked twice to write and present a poem for special events. I have held several creative writing workshops over zoom for young people and enjoy creative writing as a personal hobby.
