For the last six years I have been an elementary school substitute teacher and have received great feedback from
the school district as it relates to my teaching style and interaction with students.  On Outschool, my most popular class is Write Now: Creative Writing. Again, my ability to interact and make classes fun is often mentioned in my Outschool reviews. 

I am independent contractor with Varsity Tutors and have been tutoring 1-on-1 and group classes across the country.  

I am also adjunct faculty at a university.  I received a certificate for completing The Intensive Writing course for instructors.  This course was required if you teach a course that involves extensive writing like research papers. The course taught you how to provide effective and meaningful feedback. 

Finally, as a former Director of HR, who was a member of the Senior Leadership Team, I have experience in writing policy and procedures, memos as well as training material.
