課堂經歷

In this 8 week Teen Confidence & Affirmations class, your learner will use practical strategies to build self-esteem, manage negative thoughts, and cultivate a positive mindset. Topics covered include self-awareness, positive affirmations, stress management, goal setting, and effective communication. The class is structured with a mix of interactive activities, guided discussions, and reflection exercises to keep teens engaged. My teaching style is supportive, hands-on, and empowering, ensuring a safe space for teens to grow and gain confidence.

To begin our class, we'll begin by chatting, getting to know one another, and catching up for the week.

Over the past five years, I have worked with teens in both group and one-on-one settings, facilitating workshops and coaching sessions focused on building self-esteem, managing stress, and fostering a positive mindset.

My teaching style is compassionate, engaging, and tailored to meet the individual needs of each student, ensuring they feel supported and empowered throughout the learning process.
