課堂經歷
Students will create mobile apps and games with JavaScript programming using the Bitsbox platform to create backgrounds, objects, application icons, scrolling text, variables, functions, and loops. Students will learn how to position objects on the project screen and add action commands such as 'move', rotate', and 'flip' commands to their program to make their game and mobile app functionable. After completing their project, students will share their creation with family members and friends via text, email and link share directly from the Bitsbox application. Workshop platform: Zoom, Bitsbox, Kahoot No prior experience necessary.

Parents, this class requires a lot of typing, therefore, please assure that your child can type without assistance before registering. However, If you will be assisting your child, please adhere to Outschool class guidelines.

Students will use the internet to access the Bitsbox web application. Application created can be shared and access on laptops, desktops, tablets and smartphones with internet access. Please create a Bitsbox student account. Follow the instructions in the link below on how to create the account. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJ9LWU31Ri4 You do not need to create an account for Kahoot.
